We select materials such as rock wool, glass wool, calcium silicate, ceramic fibre, elastomeric rubber and polyurethane foam according to the operating temperature and process conditions, applying them at the optimum thickness based on engineering calculations.
Valves, flanges and equipment requiring frequent maintenance are protected with our insulation jacket solutions. Consisting of a silicone-coated glass fibre fabric outer surface and a glass wool or ceramic fibre fill layer, the insulation jacket is custom-designed for each piece of equipment's geometry. Secured with Velcro or stainless steel clips, the jackets can be removed and reattached within minutes during maintenance. This eliminates the problem of fixed insulation being destroyed and reapplied at every maintenance interval, and according to industrial measurements, pays for itself within six to twelve months.
Mechanical Assembly and Maintenance
We provide pipe line assembly, steel structure fabrication and assembly, steam tracing system installation and equipment maintenance and repair services in industrial facilities.
