Hot Insulation
Designed for surfaces operating above +50°C, hot insulation systems reduce heat loss and improve equipment safety. Depending on the application, we use materials such as rock wool, glass wool, calcium silicate, foam glass, and polyurethane, all protected with aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized cladding.

Cold and Cryogenic Insulation
Ideal for applications ranging from -200°C to +5°C, these systems are used in cold process lines and storage environments. Materials like foam glass, polyurethane, rubber, and phenolic foam are used to reduce condensation, stabilize system temperatures, and lower operating costs.
Removable and Reinstallable Thermal Jackets
These solutions offer easy maintenance by allowing insulation jackets to be removed and reinstalled when needed. Ideal for components like valves, flanges, and flexible connections, they prevent heat loss while reducing maintenance time and costs. Jackets are typically made from fiberglass, ceramic fiber, or silicone-coated materials.
Refractory Insulation
Used in high-temperature applications between +750°C and +1800°C, refractory systems are applied to furnaces, kilns, and similar equipment. Materials include fire bricks, refractory concrete, ceramic fibers, and calcium silicate boards. Thanks to their durability at extreme temperatures, these systems maximize both process safety and energy efficiency.
Dual-Temperature Insulation
Some process lines require protection from both hot and cold environmental conditions. These specialized systems block heat transfer and prevent condensation simultaneously. They are typically implemented using multilayer structures and vapor barrier membranes.
Glass Reinforced Epoxy
For systems using GRE pipes or components, insulation plays a vital role in temperature control and structural integrity. Our GRE insulation systems, applied especially on large-diameter tank roofs in refinery areas, minimize heat loss and condensation. These systems are designed to withstand harsh chemical environments and high humidity while supporting stable internal processes. Material selection and installation follow refinery-grade safety standards.
Fireproof Insulation
Fire-resistant insulation systems are designed to protect life and property. Applications include fire-retardant coatings, ceramic fibers, and rock wool-based panels. These solutions slow down fire spread and help keep evacuation routes safe.
